GES will offer the following optional packages to all IWF contracted exhibitors. While packaging services can save you money, not all exhibitors will use all services being offered in a package. That is why GES developed these optional packages based on feedback from IWF exhibitors and IWF show management with the common goals of including the most beneficial services for all exhibitors in each package and reducing the cost of your participation in the show.

Service Packages 2 - 5 receive "Special Discount Carpet."

Carpet color choices are limited to Blue, Gray, or Red and are based on availability at the time of order.

All Service Packages must be ordered by the discount deadline date of Monday, July 27, 2026. Packages are not available after this date.

The following conditions apply to the packages offered:

• Unlimited drayage is for crated and skidded materials specific to show site operations and does not include warehousing. If you elect to ship uncrated materials or utilize the advanced warehouse, an additional charge will apply.
• In order to qualify for one of the packages, orders with payment in full must be received prior to the advance order deadline.
• The package price assumes services will be rendered between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays. Services required outside these times will incur an additional charge.
• If an exhibitor requests GES to perform any service outside these hours or on a Saturday or Sunday, the exhibitor will incur overtime charges in addition to the package cost.
• Plastic covering is not included with discount carpet.
• Due to limited equipment availability, Versalifts needed for rigging and/or uncrating prior to Wednesday, August 19th must be ordered and scheduled no later than Friday, July 24th. GES will confirm your Versalift order/schedule in a separate email. Prior to receiving a GES Versalift email from our freight operations team, your order is not confirmed.
