What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • Please Note: All Service Packages must be ordered no later than July 27, 2026 and are not available afterwards.

    Please take notice: Any exhibitor using a 3rd party for flooring (carpeting,padding, etc.) may not have it installed prior to 8:00 PM the day before your assigned freight arrival date. This is required to allow heavy lift equipment to operate in a clear space. It is your responsibility to notify your flooring provider. Failure to comply may result in the flooring to be removed at the exhibitor's expense.

    Exhibitors in Halls A, B, BC, B/C Connector and C: please note you are required to follow the clean floor policy noted within this manual. Please review the Clean Floor Policy page.

Add Dates to Calendar
All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipping Addresses



No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

INDIVIDUAL PIECES WEIGHING MORE THAN 5,000 POUNDS (2272.7 KG) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE GES WAREHOUSE.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, July 14, 2026 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Wednesday, August 12, 2026 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
