GES will offer the following optional packages to all IWF contracted exhibitors. While packaging services can save you money, not all exhibitors will use all services being offered in a package. That is why GES developed these optional packages based on feedback from IWF exhibitors and IWF show management with the common goals of including the most beneficial services for all exhibitors in each package and reducing the cost of your participation in the show.

1. Unlimited GES Standard Furniture - This allows the exhibitors to select the furnishings and accessories that best fit their show plans. Glass display cases are not included in standard furnishings.
2. GES standard carpet for the booth space - Exhibitors who want to upgrade would pay the difference between standard carpet as priced in the IWF 2026 exhibitor manual and the selected upgrade.
3. Unlimited show site drayage including one time spotting of machinery - The one time spot applies to exhibits where a representative is on site to direct the spotting.

1. 1 hour of forklift time using up to a 8,000 lb. lift per 100 sq. ft. of occupied space - This applies to forklifts used in the rigging of machinery or lifting display headers and other booth work. Forklift will include an operator but no rigging labor.
2. GES special discount carpet for the booth space. Carpet color choices are limited to Blue, Gray, or Red and are based on availability at the time of order. Exhibitors who want to upgrade please email Tim Myers tmyers@ges.comfor a quote.
3. Unlimited show site drayage including one time spotting of machinery - The one time spot applies to exhibits where a representative is on site to direct the spotting.

1. 1 hour of forklift time using up to a 15,000 lb. lift per 100 sq. ft. of occupied space – This applies to forklifts used in the rigging of machinery or lifting display headers and other booth work. Forklift will include an operator but no rigging labor.
