Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that wood scraps, including by product and synthetic material scraps, are properly contained and disposed of and are not allowed to accumulate in the exhibit space. Georgia World Congress Center is not responsible for removing scrap materials left in either the exhibit space or the aisles. Exhibitors may provide their own containers and may use their full time employees to remove scrap from the facility and ensure its proper disposal. GES will provide scrap removal services when ordered at the following rates.

If IWF show management determines that scrap accumulation poses a fire hazard, or otherwise creates an unsightly environment, and requires GES to remove the materials, the exhibitor will be billed at regular rates for scrap removal.

OVERSIZE ONE-WAY SKIDS AND CRATES DISPOSAL

Oversize skids/crates that will not be used for out-bound shipping must be cut up prior to disposal by GES. The rates for this service are shown above. All such crates and skids will be cut up and disposed of at the exhibitor's expense prior to the end of the International Woodworking Fair contract with Georgia World Congress Center. To ensure your skids/crates are serviced on straight time, make arrangements for disposal prior to the close of the show.

ABANDONED CARPET/FLOOR COVERINGS & DISPLAY MATERIALS

Exhibitors are required to remove all floor coverings and display materials from the facility prior to 5:00 p.m. on the Exhibitor's assigned freight removal day. Exhibitors who abandon floor coverings and/or displays will be charged labor PLUS disposal fees for GES to remove the materials. The rates for this service are shown above.

Please note: Scrap and other discarded material left in the aisle before and after show hours will be removed at the exhibitor's expense. Please make arrangements in advance in order to receive the lowest prices.
