Clean Floor Policy Information

Attention SupplySide West Exhibitors!

Due to the volume of crates and limited space for set up a Clean Floor Policy will be enforced.

October 29, 2024

10:00 AM
All crates must be empty and labeled for removal.

2:00 PM
All cardboard cartons, fiber cases and access storage must be tagged and ready for removal.

9:00 PM
Visqueen on booth carpet should be rolled up by the exhibitor or exhibitor appointed contractor and placed in the aisle. Please do not wait until the morning of show open to remove visqueen or you may incur additional janitorial costs.

Please be advised that if your crates are removed on clean floor night and then requested to be brought back from empty storage to your booth before show opening, there will be a charge for a forklift and driver to bring your crate back to your booth.
