Booth Construction Regulations and Diagrams Split-Island Peninsula Booths



SPLIT-ISLAND PENINSULA BOOTH: Peninsula Booth which shares a common back wall with another Peninsula Booth. Peninsula Booths are 20’ x 20’ (6.096m x 6.096m) and larger.

  • Maximum height of 16’ (4.88m), or higher with Show Management approval. Booth presence (including signs/graphics) can be 23’ (7.0104m) with Show Management pre-approval. All renderings for Split-Island Peninsula booths must be submitted by June 9, 2023 via the Mandatory Booth Rendering Submission Form.
  • Booth structures such as towers and columns which exceed 12 feet (3.66M) in height (including hanging signs) or are two-story exhibits (any height) regardless of whether people will occupy the area or not will require engineering certification verifying the structural integrity of the exhibit. Acceptable certification is in the form of a certified structural engineer’s stamp or seal directly on a set of blueprints for the exhibit.
  • If you have a hanging sign, there must be at least 3' clearance from the highest point of the booth properties to the bottom of the sign and your entire booth presence cannot exceed 23’. Hanging sign must be set back 10’ from the adjacent booth. Total height to top of sign cannot be higher than 23’. All renderings for Split-Island Peninsula booths with hanging signs must be submitted by June 9, 2023 via the Mandatory Hanging Sign Rendering Submission Form

    Regardless as to where the highest point is located within the booth, there must be a 3’ clearance between the tallest structure in the booth to the bottom of the hanging sign.

  • If you have any type of interactive display, you must have a 3' clearance from the aisle(s) to allow for crowds.
  • All booths must be carpeted entirely due to safety and aesthetic reasons.
  • All exhibitors must bring a copy of their US Engineer-stamped plans on-site for the Fire Marshal. The Fire Marshal reserves the right to deny booth construction without these plans.
ALL PENINSULA BOOTHS MUST SUBMIT BOOTH DRAWINGS FOR APPROVAL.
