EAC Process Information

Attention: Exhibitors and EAC/Booth Vendors


Action Required:

  • EXHIBITORS
    • SUBMIT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE AN EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTOR (EAC) OR BOOTH VENDOR FORM - DUE JUNE 16, 2023

  • EAC/BOOTH VENDORS
    • COMPLETE & SUBMIT ONLINE EAC/BOOTH VENDOR AGREEMENT FORM AND SUBMIT A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI) - DUE JULY 7, 2023
EAC/Booth Vendor Defined An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) or Booth Vendor is any individual or company that will have a role in providing Exhibitor Booth construction, tear down, or exhibit services throughout the duration of the show. This includes all labor and non-labor services (e.g., photo/video, floral, beverage/food services).
Exhibitor Requirements Exhibitors have “2” requirements –
  1. Exhibitors must notify Informa Tech of their intent to utilize an EAC(s)/booth vendor(s) by submitting a completed Intent to Use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) or Booth Vendor Form for each EAC/booth vendor to be utilized by June 16, 2023.
    The Intent to Use an EAC or Booth Vendor Form is located at this link:

    Please submit a separate form from the link above for each EAC/booth vendor you plan to use.

  2. Exhibitors must inform their EAC(s)/booth vendor(s) that they must submit a completed EAC/Booth Vendor Agreement and a completed Certificate of Insurance (COI) to Informa Tech via the process described below.

NOTE: An EAC/booth vendor may be prohibited access to the show floor if the documents are not submitted timely and/or if the COI does not contain the exact verbiage as noted in the COI example. Event Compliance emails will be sent notifying EAC/Booth Vendor AND Exhibitor of compliance status as the deadlines approach.
EAC/Booth Vendor Requirements EACs/Booth Vendors have “2” requirements –
  1. Submit an online completed Black Hat USA 2023 EAC/Booth Vendor Agreement Form via the link below:

  2. Submit a completed Certificate of Insurance (COI)
The COI must include the exact verbiage outlined in each COI section within the sample provided:

Both the online agreement and COI are due by July 7, 2023.
