  • Tuesday, August 7, 2018 - Wednesday, September 5, 2018
  • For Exhibitor set up date and times, please refer to the “Installation Start Date & Time” on the Target Move-In Floor Plan.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Closed on Labor Day – Monday, Sept. 4, 2017

If you are planning on shipping after September 5, please still ship to the warehouse – if you ship direct it will most likely be rejected because no one will be at the BCC to receive it.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, August 7, 2018 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Wednesday, September 5, 2018 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

Cold Storage Shipments: No cold storage shipments will be accepted at the direct to show site address. ALL Cold/Frozen shipments must be shipped to the Halethorpe, MD warehouse. Please click here for more instructions regarding shipping. Cold/Frozen shipments will be refused if shipped to the show site and will be rerouted at the Exhibitors Expense.

Please Note: Shipments not arriving on the above designated time frame, on a holiday, or on overtime will incur additional charges.
