Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)/Booth Vendor Process Information

EAC/Booth Vendor Defined An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) / Booth Vendor is any individual or company that will have a role in providing Exhibitor Booth services throughout the duration of the show. This includes all labor services (e.g., install, dismantle, AV labor) and non-labor services (e.g., supervision, photo/video, floral, beverage/food).
Exhibitor Requirements Exhibitors have "2" requirements –
  1. Exhibitors must notify Informa Tech of their intent to utilize an EAC(s)/booth vendor(s) by submitting a completed Notice of Exhibitor Intent to Use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) or Booth Vendor Form for ICMI Contact Center Expo for each EAC/booth vendor to be utilized by September 11, 2023.

    Exhibitors must submit a separate form from the link above for each EAC/Booth Vendor intended to be used.

    An Exhibitor representative must sign and submit the form. The form submission cannot be delegated to a third-party provider.

  2. Exhibitors must inform their EAC(s)/Booth Vendor(s) that each EAC/Booth Vendor must submit a completed Agreement Between EAC/Booth Vendor and Informa Tech Form for ICMI Contact Center Expo and a completed Certificate of Insurance (COI) to Informa Tech via the process described below.

NOTE: An EAC/Booth Vendor may be prohibited access to the show floor if the documents are not submitted timely and/or if the COI does not contain the coverage and Description of Operations as noted in the provided COI sample. Event Compliance emails will be sent notifying EACs/Booth Vendors AND Exhibitors of compliance status as the deadlines approach.
EAC/Booth Vendor Requirements EACs/Booth Vendors have "2" requirements –
  1. Submit an online completed Agreement Between EAC/Booth Vendor and Informa Tech Form for ICMI Contact Center Expo via this link.

  2. Submit a completed Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the show.

    The COI must meet or exceed the coverage included in each liability section and the exact language in the Description of Operations section within the sample provided.
Note: Only one Agreement Between EAC/Booth Vendor and Informa Tech Form for ICMI Contact Center Expo and one COI is needed for the show if the EAC/Booth Vendor is providing services for multiple Exhibitors. Provide the Exhibitor names and Booth #s in the Agreement.

Both the online EAC agreement and COI are due by September 11, 2023.
