Rigging Plan Review

All rigging plans need to be reviewed and approved by GES. Plans received on or prior to the deadline date will be reviewed at $750.00.

Rigging Plan Discount Deadline Date: Friday, February 7, 2025

Plan or plan revisions received Feb. 8th through Feb. 14th - $750.00 per booth space
Plan or plan revisions received Feb. 15th through Feb. 21st - $950.00 per booth space
Plan or plan revisions received Feb. 22nd through Feb. 28th - $1250.00 per booth space
Plan or plan revisions received Mar. 1st through show - $1850.00 per booth space
Additional fees may be incurred for any Onsite Facility Rigging Inspections.

Plans revised on site will be charged $1850.00 plus the showsite hourly rate for the GES Production Rigger to evaluate load to ceiling and redesign, if necessary.

Plans must be sent via Email for review.
