Important Dates and Deadlines

Note: For exhibitors with a booth number beginning with the letter "M" or "U" please review the targeted move-out schedule in detail. Your move-out dates and times have changed TO AN EXPEDITED SCHEDULE. Please plan your labor and shipping accordingly.

Please take notice - This event moves in and out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply. Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The exhibit area is NOT carpeted and floor covering is required. The aisles will be carpeted in Pepper (Black and Gray tweed). The main aisles running across the center of the halls will be carpeted in RED. Booth carpet in an array of colors is available through GES. Please click HERE to order carpet.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
