What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • In order to maintain a professional appearance on the exhibit floor, show management requires that all exhibiting companies have a professional floor covering in their booth space.

    Standard Booth Package:
    Booth Size: 10' x 10'
    8' High Backwall Drape Color: Black
    3' High Sidewalls Drape Color: Black
    Aisle Carpet is Color Pepper.

    AUSA has partnered with several service providers to assist you during the planning stages of your participation in our event. Look for the official vendor logo or refer to this list to confirm that you are working with authorized partners.


    All Hanging signs that are not attaching to truss must correctly labeled as a hanging signs and be shipped to the advanced warehouse by October 3rd, 2024.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 1400 to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipping Addresses


No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Single pallet/crate/piece weights which are 4,000 pounds or more, or are machinery, will not be accepted at the advanced warehouse.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 0800 to 1600; Closed 1200 to 1300 & Holidays.
