Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - This event moves in and out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Overtime: All other times Monday through Sunday. All day Holidays.
Night Rate: Monday through Sunday from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

Direct Delivery to Show Site:
Direct Shipments arriving June 5-10 & 13 reference Targeted Floorplan for Dates & Times.
Direct Shipments arriving June 11 & 12 considered Off-Target - Overtime charges will apply.

NOTE: Please use Proper Labels here (or here for Hanging Sign Labels)
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(All direct shipment must be checked into the Marshalling yard (Exposition Park, Lot #6) by 2:30 PM)

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
