To avoid off-target charges, you need to provide GES with your daily truck delivery schedule.

You may attach your own company spreadsheet, but all information must be transferred to this form. Please separate your delivery information and fill out one form per booth and/or meeting room number. If this completed form is not returned to GES prior to May 20, 2016, your target date will stay the same as the published target schedule. Off-target surcharges may be incurred.

Truck delivery requests for Saturday, June 11, 2016 and Sunday, June 12, 2016 will be considered off-target and assessed overtime charges.
