Important Information:

Package Accessory Default- Following defaults will apply for any exhibitors who don’t submit their selection by the discount deadline date.
  • Apparel companies: All garmant racks
  • Accessory/shoes/jewelry companies: All shelves
  • Any accessory changes on-site will be subject to a min. of one (1) hour labor charge at the applicable show site labor rate
Package Walls
  • Booth package does not include any walls.
  • Walls may not be ordered for this package.
Graphics/Signage
  • Signage must be free-standing and not attached to booth equipment.
  • "Pop-up", "retractable" and "blinking" signage is not permitted.
ID Signs
  • Names for ID sign requests are only provided to GES from show management.
  • GES will not accept any ID sign change requests directly from exhibitors.
  • All ID sign name requests must be submitted to your show salesperson.
Height Limit
  • Following items are not approved to extend above 6' from the floor:

Flooring
  • Package does not include booth carpet.
  • Cannot order carpet.
