Important Information:

Package Substitutions
• Not Permitted.
• Ex: can’t substitute a chair/table for another garment rack/shelving unit.
• No credit provided for any Opt-Out.
Package Accessory Default- Following defaults will apply for any exhibitors who don’t submit their selection by the discount deadline date.

• Apparel companies: All 5ft high racks
• Accessory/shoes/jewelry companies: All shelves
• Any accessory changes on-site will be subject to a min. of one (1) hour labor charge at the applicable show site labor rate
Package Walls
• Any special wall requests are subject to review and approval
• Submit request to: MAGICLayoutForms@ges.com
• Requests submitted after the discount deadline date will incur additional labor fees.
• 1/2M panel located at the front of booth may not be removed.
• Following items are not approved to hang on the walls, examples below:

• Any damage to the furniture/wall will be charged to the exhibitor for full replacement costs.
Corner Booths/ End Cap Booths
• All corner booths will have default setup with the side wall down.
• End cap Booths default setup will have walls down on three sides.
Island Booths
• REQUIRED to submit a layout request before the Discount Deadline if using package walls.
• If layout is not received, default is no walls.
• Submit request to: MAGICLayoutForms@ges.com
Graphics/Signage
• Absolutely NO wall paper is permitted on this show.
• Exhibitors may bring in their own graphics and request GES labor to install.
• Signage must be free-standing and not attached to booth equipment.
• "Pop-up", "retractable" and "blinking" signage is not permitted.
• Interior wall graphics in Fabric and Vinyl are permitted.
• All external graphics require show approval.
  Except for the following:
  o Light Box graphics
  o 1/2M Return in front of booth
  o Packages under 400 square feet = NO exterior booth graphics.
  o Packages OVER 400 square feet = YES exterior booth graphics, with Show Org approval.
ID Signs
• Names for ID sign requests are only provided to GES from show management.
• GES will not accept any ID sign change requests directly from exhibitors.
• All ID sign name requests must be submitted to your show salesperson.
Height Limit
• Following items are not approved to extend above 8' from the floor:

Lights
• Package does not include lights.
• Exhibitor Supplied Lighting may not be attached to booth equipment.
• Freestanding lighting must be show management approved.
• Neon lighting are prohibited.
Flooring
• Package includes flooring
• Exhibitors have the option to opt-out of the flooring.
• If opt-out is chosen, the following guidelines apply to flooring for booth 200 sq. ft. or larger.
  - Area rugs may be used but may not present a tripping or safety hazard. - Must be finished with no raw edges.
  - May not cover more than 75% of the booth floor.
• *If exhibitors opt-out after the deadline or onsite, exhibitor will incur a per sq. ft. fee to remove carpet.

Booth Carpet Opt-out:

Will you be utilizing the ALMA carpet supplied by MAGIC - WINTER?

YES, we will be utilizing all the provided ALMA carpet.
NO, we will not be utilizing the provided ALMA carpet.

If you are not utilizing the provided package carpet, please note the following:

• For booths 200 square feet or larger, area rugs may be used but may not present a tripping or safety hazard, must be finished with no raw edges, and may not cover more than 75% of the booth floor.
• Booth under 200 square feet may NOT bring in area rugs.

        Shelving Unit Information:
        - Max of 4 shelves
        - Height between each shelf is 11-1/4"
        - Height between the floor to the first shelf is 21-1/8"
        - Height from the last shelf to the rim of the unit is 12-5/8"
        - Max support weight per shelf is 25 lbs.
        - Shelves are not adjustable, but can be removed by the exhibitor (labor not required)
