    Mandatory Floor Covering: In order to maintain a consistent and professional appearance on the show floor, SNA's show rules require that all exhibitor booths have carpeting or an alternative floor covering.

    The GES Advance Warehouse cannot accept frozen or refrigerated goods.

    Exhibitors assume responsibility for cold product shipped to the advance warehouse.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
