Freight Handling Services

• Global Experience Specialists, Inc. (GES) is prepared to receive your shipment either in advance at our local warehouse or directly to the exhibit site. You may ship via the carrier of your choice.
• Rates are based on the incoming weight of shipments. For rates and arrival information, see Material Handling/Freight Services. GES must have payment before forwarding freight.

Advance Shipments to GES Warehouse

Crates, Cartons, Fiber Cases Only

Rates Include:

• Unloading crated freight. The warehouse cannot receive uncrated shipments or materials exceeding 5000 lbs.
• Storing at the warehouse for up to 30 days.
• Unloading freight and delivery to your booth.
• Reloading onto trucks and delivery to the exhibit site.



Last day for shipments to arrive at the advance warehouse without surcharges is Wednesday, February 6, 2019 by 2:30 PM.

Make out the bill of lading and consign as follows:
