Notice of Intent to Hire an EAC

Global Produce and Floral Show

This form must be completed by the Exhibitor only. No other company may complete this form on behalf of the exhibitor. Multiple booths are not to be listed on one form.

Are You Hiring an EAC?

An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is a company other than the "general or official" service provider on the show that requires access to your booth during installation and dismantling, including designers and independent supervisors/technicians. The EAC may only provide services in the facility that are not designated by the facility as "exclusive" to a designated provider, or by the show organizer in a contract as an exclusive service for the "general or official" service provider or other third party.

Are You Hiring a Third Party?

A third party is any company that will be requesting services, placing orders, or responsible for payment on behalf of the exhibitor.

No EAC or Third Party will be allowed access to the show floor if not fully compliant with the mandatory requirements of GES, and the Show Organizer. Throughout this process, Third Parties and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors are collectively referred to as "EAC".

Requirements need to be completed by an authorized representative and received by GES 30 days prior to move-in, and include:

  • Completion of this Notice of Intent to Hire an EAC and Policies and Procedures form;
  • The submission of a compliant Certificate of Insurance to GES via The Gateway
  • The acceptance and acknowledgment of GES’ EAC Agreement and Rules and Regulations

Please add company information you plan to hire.
