• Advance Shipments may begin arriving at warehouse on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
• Last day for Advance Shipment to arrive at warehouse without surcharges is Monday, October 5, 2026.
• Please use Advance Warehouse Shipment Labels.
• Delivery Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm. Drivers must check-in by 2:00pm for same day unloading.
• Driver must have a proper, legible Bill of Lading stating the Show Name, Exhibitor and Booth Number. The Bill of Lading must include a piece count and Certified Weight Tickets.
• Refrigerated/Frozen & Floral Shipments will not be accepted at the Advance Warehouse. Uncrated Shipments will not be accepted at the Advance Warehouse. (This includes, but is not limited to: pad wrapped items, unskidded items, uncrated machinery, etc.)

Exceptions - Carpet, FedEx/UPS packages, etc. will be accepted but are subject to surcharges.
