    Please note: This Facility is Not Carpeted and Flooring is Mandatory.You can rent carpet from GES.

      *Clean Floor Policy:
    Due to the volume of crates and to facilitate the installation and cleaning of aisle carpet, a Clean Floor Policy will be enforced:

    All booths 400 sq. ft or larger must have major construction complete with empty crates labeled and ready for pick-up promptly at 5:00 pm, Tuesday October 13th. All aisles must be 100% clear of crates, products, ladders, gang boxes or any other items that may impede the installation of aisle carpet and will be removed promptly at 5:00 p.m., regardless of whether or not they are labeled.

    All Booths 399 sq. ft or smaller must have all construction complete with empty crates labeled and ready for pick-up by 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 14th.

    Requests to bring crates back from storage to the show floor before show opening are contingent upon the time it is requested and availability of fork lift drivers. Labor fees will apply.

     No Show Policy:
    Exhibitors who have not begun set-up by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14th will be considered a "No Show" unless you have notified Show Management.

All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
