Important Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Santa Clara Convention Center absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 499 Valley Drive Brisbane, CA  94005


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:10/5/2018
Friday, October 5, 2018 - Monday, November 5, 2018



Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 499 Valley Drive Brisbane, CA  94005 starting:

Wednesday, November 14, 20188:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Friday, November 16, 20183:00 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
