No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Shipping receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and holidays.

All Refrigerated/Frozen Products are to be shipped direct to showsite starting on August 25 thru August 26. More info here.

*All inbound carriers must check into the Advance Shipment Receiving location by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
