  • Listed price is inclusive of labor to install and dismantle.
  • The column wrap is only available for the columns inside the exhibitor booth space.
    • Please contact Show Management for the columns outside of your booth space.
  • The column size varies per the booth location. Please contact GES for the detail sizes for your booth.
  • Please Note: When the column has a fire equipment built in, GES will modify the column wrap to adhere to the fire & building regulations.
  • Order must contain ALL of the following items to be considered complete:
    Completed online order submission
    Method of Payment
    Artwork File (if applicable)
    Layout or Diagram for Placement (if applicable)
  • Discount Price applies if ordered by: Thursday, April 27, 2017
    Regular Price applies after: Thursday, April 27, 2017

For the column wrap with graphics:

  • GES must receive artwork by: Thursday, April 27, 2017
  • Refer to Digital File Prep for submission requirements of your art to GES.
  • If using a solid color wall must provide PMS color.
  • Artwork must be accompanied by a pdf depicting the complete print image to ensure GES has all graphic elements.
  • Artwork must be created at actual size 100%
  • Artwork must have all included fonts outlined or rasterized
  • Artwork provided that is not saved as 1:1 and in High Resolution will be produced "as is."

  • 4.5” pole pockets on top and bottom will be required for the fabric graphics for the installation.
  • Please Note: When fabric of substrate is used, PMS color values may or may not look exact to the PMS color requested.

Includes labor and aerial lift to install. Pricing based on straight time installation.

Prices include delivery, installation, rental, and removal.

Cancellation Policy: Furniture Package items cancelled will be charged 50% of original price after move-in begins and 100% of original price after installation.
