Your booth includes a complimentary furnishings package. If you do not make a selection, furnishings will not be delivered to your booth prior to your arrival. Complimentary package furnishings can be ordered on-site but may take up to 3 hours for delivery.

For odd-sized booths (ex: 10x15) that are outside the standard increments, additional package items must be ordered on the Additional Item Selection page. Please complete both submissions.

Your Furniture Package offers a hassle-free experience at FEBRUARY NY WOMEN'S MARKETPLACE. This will make your pre-show and post-show experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Additional booth accessories are available for order HERE.

Please complete the form below and indicate if you would like to receive all/some/none of your free furnishings.

• Max of 4 shelves
• Height between each shelf is 11-1/4"
• Height between the floor to the first shelf is 21-1/8"
• Height from the last shelf to the rim of the unit is 12-5/8"
• Max support weight per shelf is 25 lbs.
• Shelves are not adjustable, but can be removed by the exhibitor (labor not required)

• All corner booths will have default setup with the side wall down. Peninsula booths default setup will have walls down on three sides.
• ALMA carpet is included with your booth. If you would like this carpet removed, click here to order carpet removal and additional flooring.
• Names reflected on the ID Sign are provided directly from show management. Any change requests must be submitted to your show salesperson. Updates will be communicated to GES.

Booth Carpet:

Will you be utilizing the ALMA carpet supplied by FEBRUARY NY WOMEN'S MARKETPLACE?

YES, we will be utilizing all the provided ALMA carpet.
NO, we will not be utilizing the provided ALMA carpet.

Area rugs may be used but may not present a tripping or safety hazard, must be finished with no raw edges, and may not cover more than 75% of the booth floor.

Track Lighting:

Will you be utilizing the track lighting supplied?

YES, we will be utilizing the track lighting for our booth.
NO, we will not be utilizing the track lighting for our booth.

Please Note: Track Lighting will not be reflected on your initial package order confirmation. Track lights require extra processing time.

For electrical power, please contact Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
Due to safety concerns the maximum number of light fixtures on a track is limited to six. If additional lighting is needed, an additional track is required.

• Multiples of such booths, no matter what the final combined square footage, are considered FEBRUARY NY WOMEN'S MARKETPLACE booth package and are subject to FEBRUARY NY WOMEN'S MARKETPLACE booth package rules and regulations
• Booth package accessory substitutions are not available on-site. If you wish to replace any of your booth package accessory items on-site, a new billable order would need to be placed for the a la carte item at the showsite rate. Credit is not provided for any unused package items.
