Exhibitors will be charged a Space Rate Material Handling Charge at the time your booth space contract is executed for those exhibitors with space greater than 150 net sq. ft.

This fee covers all receipt of materials at the show site, including unloading and loading on a round-trip basis (material handling at the show site).

Items sent to the Advanced Warehouse will incur handling and storage fees. Shipments arriving within 30 days before the show opening will be charged an additional $15.00 per CWT. (This applies to freight, hanging signs, and carpet.)

Warehouse shipments will be delivered to your booth by 8:00 AM on your target date.

Off-target shipments (inbound) will be assessed a $15.00 per CWT charge. Please contact for review and approval. Exhibitors wishing to change their target date may do so by submitting the Request for Change of Target Date. Please contact Bill Swain for review and approval. We will do our best to accommodate each request, however it may not always be possible due to size and placement on the floor.

Note: Exhibitors with space at 150 sq. ft. or less who opted out of the one-time handling fee while booking space will be charged at a per hundred weight charge should they require GES material handling services.
