Trade Labor Descriptions

The following labor rates are for guideline purposes only. These rates are for labor ONLY and DOES NOT include any and all equipment and/or tools.

Carpenters

Responsible for uncrating, installation, and dismantle of exhibits, laying of carpet and tile, recrating of exhibits, and closing of machinery crates.

Install & Dismantle, ST $160.25 Straight Time: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Install & Dismantle, OT $227.75 Overtime: Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Install & Dismantle, DT $295.25 Double Time: All other times Monday through Saturday. All day Sunday & Holidays.

Decorators

Responsible for hanging all non-electrical signs, drape, and fabric panels. Responsible for Velcro signs that require tools or more than one person for installation.

High Lift Crew, ST $405.00 Straight Time: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
High Lift Crew, OT $488.50 Overtime: Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
High Lift Crew, DT $636.00 Double Time: All other times Monday through Saturday. All day Sunday & Holidays.
Additional Worker, ST $202.50  
Additional Worker, OT $244.25

Riggers

Responsible for handling machinery in and out of the hall. This includes uncrating and unskidding, positioning and leveling, and reskidding off all machinery. Forklift crew consists of 2 workers. For safety reasons, a third worker may be assigned to the crew.

Forklift Crew, ST $375.50 Straight Time: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Forklift Crew, OT $534.00 Overtime: Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Forklift Crew, DT $723.50 Double Time: All other times Monday through Saturday. All day Sunday & Holidays.
Additional Worker, ST $187.75  
Additional Worker, OT $267.00

Crane Operator

Responsible for operating crane equipment needed to unload and spot large machinery. When a crane is needed, a rigging crew will be also be assigned to work with the crane operator to unload and spot machines.

Crane Operator, ST $187.75 Straight Time: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Crane Operator, DT $362.00 Double Time: All other times Monday through Friday. All day on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays.

Teamsters

Responsible for handling all non-machinery material in and out of the hall. Also responsible for most deliveries from Accessible Storage to the booth.

Teamster Labor, ST $160.25 Straight Time: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Teamster Labor, OT $227.75 Overtime: Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 11:59 PM. All day Saturday.
Teamster Labor, DT $295.25 Double Time: All other times Monday through Saturday. All day Sunday & Holidays.

Plumbers

Responsible for all plumbing work such as compressed air, water, drain, gases or machine anchoring.

Plumber, ST $136.25 Straight Time: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Plumber, OT $198.00 Overtime: Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Plumber, DT $259.75 Double Time: All other times Monday through Saturday. All day Sunday & Holidays.
