GES is pleased to provide this pricing program again for IMTS 2024. This pricing program is not optional, ALL EXHIBITORS are in one of six Custom Block levels:

• Tan (00.00 – 17.99 lbs.)
  * Exhibitors that use Rigging Labor will bump up to a Yellow
• Yellow (00.00 – 17.99 lbs.)
• Purple (18.00 – 35.99 lbs.)
• Orange (36.00 – 43.99 lbs.)
• Blue (44.00 – 57.99 lbs.)
• Brown (58.00 & OVER)

Your total freight weight density per square foot determines your Custom Block Color (see the corresponding weight density ranges above).

Levels A through C provide additional cost certainty for an expanded grouping of products or services, in addition to your Base Custom Block Color. These are optional, however, you may continue to order the additional products and services a la carte.

Select the Base Plan, or the upgraded Levels if you choose and calculate your order. Continue completing the orders for freight, labor, equipment information, and additional products or services.

Remember to order items included in your Custom Block. Such as; carpet color, padding, furniture, etc.

If no choice is made for the Custom Block Level by the Discount Deadline Date, you will default into the Base Level. All products and services outside of the Base Level inclusions will be charged on an a la carte basis based on the order date. Orders placed after the Discount Deadline Date are charged at a higher rate than if they were placed prior.

Be advised, GES will adjust pricing, up or down, based on the actual Material Handling / Weight Density that each individual exhibitor brings to IMTS 2024.
