GES believes in hassle free service!

GES will provide you with a timely response to all inquiries about products and services through our toll free number as published on GES Expresso and through the GES - IMTS 2024 Information Center in Chicago. Our commitment is to provide return communication on all requests within 48 hours.

  • GES will provide you with accurate invoicing and an explanation how services are billed.
  • Our GES Floor Specialists provide you with an opportunity to pre-schedule an appointment to review your order confirmation. Please look for this service request on GES Expresso.
  • GES is committed to assist you in managing costs through educational sessions at the IMTS Workshops. These discussion groups focus on planning and cost efficiencies. Additional discussion groups via webcasts will be available following the IMTS Workshops.
  • At show site, GES will process all credit cards for all accounts with balances greater than $1,000 only on Tuesdays and Fridays, and deliver a statement of the charges to your booth within 24 hours of charging.
  • Payment of your Custom Block Package Pricing prior to the deadline not only affords you a discount, it eliminates large balances due while at show site. A GES Representative will be contacting you during the planning process to review your Custom Block Package needs and arrange payment.
  • GES is committed to providing final invoices for all services rendered within 15 business days of the final move-out of the show.

At GES Hassle Free Service Means...

  • GES will provide "Quick Help" information counters in prominent locations to provide direction and guidance on GES services and products, as well as general show information.
  • Our GES Floor Specialists are available by phone to meet with you in your booth to handle all of your service needs.
  • GES will continue to provide labor stations on the show floor to expedite the check-in and check-out of labor crews.
  • GES will continue to provide real time freight information at the GES Freight and Dock Link Desks through the CORE Freight.
  • GES Expresso and Mobility will be the tools of choice for our Floor Specialists to view, research and place orders.
