Straight Oil Waste and Water Soluble Waste Information

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations require that all waste straight oil and/or water soluble cutting and grinding fluids (coolants-synthetics, semi-synthetics soluble oil) be properly removed in approved container(s) at the close of the show. This service is exclusively available through the Official General Contractor which will collect the above-named oils and/or fluids from special steel barrels (55 gallon oil drums) and remove it from show premises. Each exhibitor, however, has the responsibility of collecting and placing the above - named fluids in the approved barrel(s).

EXHIBITORS LEAVING WASTE STRAIGHT OIL AND/OR WATER SOLUBLE FLUIDS ON THE SHOW FLOOR AFTER MOVE-OUT WILL BE BILLED FOR CLEAN-UP SERVICES, IN ADDITION TO THE RATES.

Scrap Removal Information

Fire Department Regulations require that all scrap and waste containers be emptied each night whether or not they are full. This service is exclusively available from GES, which collects the scrap or used work pieces from special barrels each evening and removes them from the show premises. Each exhibitor, however, has the responsibility of collecting and placing the scrap in the barrel(s).
