Hanging signs are permitted in booths 400 square feet or greater; however, hanging signs are NOT permitted in standard linear and perimeter booths.

1. The anchoring request has to be approved by McCormick Place prior to any anchoring taking place.
2. An overall floor layout drawing indicating the exact placement of the product being anchored and the anchor location is required due to electrical port runs and floor beam placement.
3. Once the floor layout drawing is received by GES, our utilities department will confirm and advise the approval.

Yes, this show is a targeted show. Before the target dates can be assigned, all exhibitors must complete and return the Freight Service Questionnaire by May 28, 2015. After the questionnaires have been received and processed, target date information will be sent to exhibitors via email by June 28, 2015. Questionnaires received after May 28, 2015 will receive target information by July 15, 2015.

Yes, an Electrical Booth Layout form is required for all island booths. Electrical Booth Layout forms are required for in-line and peninsula booths where distribution of power will be required. The Plumbing Layout Form or a scaled plan in CAD or PDF format must include locations for plumbing services, booth orientation and be submitted with your order.
