What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • Standard Booth Package for Exhibitors in Hangar Only:
    Booth Size: 10' x 10'
    8' High Backwall Drape Color: Teal
    3' High Sidewall Drape Color: Gray
    One ( 1 ) 17" x 11" Booth ID Sign

    Please Note: The Hangars are NOT Carpeted.

    One electrical outlet is provided per booth, except for Southwest and Lightplane exhibitors.

    If "HOLD" is not indicated, your air freight shipment (FedEx, UPS, or DHL), will automatically be delivered to your booth at the Small Package rate. Packages that are marked "HOLD" can be picked up at the GES Servicenter office after 12:30 PM and will be charged an additional fee of $18.00 per package.

    One-way "Product Rate" does not apply to "Small package Rates". One-way "Product Rate" has special labels available on this website: Please Click Here for the special labels.

    Need Astro Turf flooring for your space? Click here to order! Order must be submitted by the deadline of March 17th, 2023.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Overtime: Monday through Friday before 8:00 AM and after 4:30 PM, and all day on weekends/holidays.
Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
