  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, December 26, 2018 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Wednesday, January 23, 2019 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

No Direct Shipments will be accepted at PGA National Resort and Spa

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the PGA National Resort and Spa. The PGA National Resort and Spa does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the PGA National Resort and Spa will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the PGA National Resort and Spa for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: Post show pickup of exhibitor materials is allowed at the PGA National Resort and Spa.
