Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the PGA National Resort and Spa absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at c/o UPS Freight 1311 W 15th Street Riviera Beach, FL  33404

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Wednesday, December 26, 2018 - Wednesday, January 23, 2019
Warehouse will be closed Monday and Tuesday, December 24-25, 2018 and Tuesday, January 1, 2019 in observance of the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):

Facility must be cleared by:
Wednesday, January 30, 201911:00 AM
