    Facility Carpeted: Full-coverage carpet or floor covering is mandatory for all booths.

    Please Note: There is Mandatory Floor Covering required for this show and in order to maintain a consistent and professional appearance on the show floor, the Texas Restaurant Association requires that all exhibitor booths have carpeting or an alternative floor covering.

Please note: Overtime charges are before 8:00 AM and after 4:30 PM, all applicable surcharges will apply.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
