Important Dates and Deadlines

Advance Shipment Dates
Tue. May 27, 2014       Advance Shipments may begin arriving at the California Warehouse
Mon. Jul. 7, 2014         Last day for Shipments to arrive at the California Warehouse without surcharges
The GES Advance Warehouse will be CLOSED July 3rd & 4th in observance of Independence Day.

Mon. Jun. 16, 2014       Advance Shipments may begin arriving at the Hawaii Warehouse
Wed. Jul. 16, 2014        Last day for Shipments to arrive at the Hawaii Warehouse without surcharges
The GES Advance Warehouse will be CLOSED July 3rd & 4th in observance of Independence Day.

Direct Shipment Dates
Tue. Jul. 22, 2014          Direct Shipments may begin arriving at the Exhibit Site
Wed. Jul. 23, 2014        Last day for Direct Shipments to arrive at the Exhibit Site

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
