Attention exhibitors!

APMA and GES will be utilizing a clean floor policy in Honolulu For the 2014 event. All crates and skids must be marked for storage with an "empty" sticker by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, July 23, 2014.

We ask for your cooperation in this process to prepare for show opening at 8:00 AM on Thursday, July 24, 2014. Crates must be removed from the show floor for aisle carpet installation to begin at 5:30 PM. Please make certain to order in-booth carpet cleaning to begin on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 after the aisle carpet has been installed.

Cardboard boxes, cases, crates and other materials - cannot be stored behind drape and cannot be visible within booth. Access Storage will be available for items required during show hours. Any container, not marked with an empty sticker, whether empty or full, will be removed at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 23, 2014. Exhibitors will be charged a return fee if the container is needed for access prior to show open or dismantle. APMA and/or GES are not responsible for any lost freight that has not been properly marked for removal.
