Small packages sent to the show by courier will be subject to material handling fees. These fees will be sent to the booth coordinator by default. If booth partners should be liable for these charges then you must ensure that your partners address their shipments as below:

An Exhibitor may hand carry material provided they do not use material handling equipment to assist them. This only applies to exhibitors and their full time Shipments received without the Booth Partners Company Name will be charged to the Booth Coordinators Account.
