To qualify for discount rates, all items below must be submitted by Friday, September 25, 2026:

• Completed order form
• Method of payment
• Artwork file (upload artwork files directly online, click here)
• An additional surcharge of $450 will be assessed for graphic proofs not approved by September 17, as well as the risk of delivery and installation delays. Please note proofs can take up to 5-10 business days depending on show volume, plan accordingly.
• Proofs are limited to 3 revisions, after this, a $150 surcharge applies.
• Layout or diagram of graphic placement

Basic Package Order must be completed, and available upgrades can be ordered there as well.
