Due to the volume of crates, limited space for set up, and time needed to install aisle carpet, a CLEAN FLOOR POLICY will be enforced. To assist with the overall setup of IMEX America, please review the specific empty removal timelines identified below to help avoid any logistical disruptions to a successful event opening:

• Sunday, October 11, 2026......8:00 PM
  • All wooden crates (structural elements) must be emptied and labelled for removal.
    • Any such crates needing to be returned to the booth after this time will require a forklift work order requested at the GES Service Desk and will incur an additional labor cost
      
      

• All cardboard cartons, fiber cases (containing non-structural items), and access storage must be tagged and ready for removal from the hall by:
  • Monday, October 12, 2026......2:00 PM
    
    

• All aisles must be 100% clear of product, ladders or any other items by:
  • Monday, October 12, 2026......6:00 PM

Monday, October 12, 2026 is the last day for exhibitors to complete final touch-up on their displays and set their product. The above-mentioned procedures, removal of containers (wooden, cartons, etc.) and clearing of aisles will be critical in facilitating an efficient opening of IMEX America.
