For the attention of all exhibitor appointed contractors (EACs)


Gaining access to the show floor:

Exhibit Builders must pick up wrist bands for their labor to enter the expo hall.

The supervisor is asked to collect all wrist bands for their team and labor. Move in wrist bands are only valid for the duration of move in. New wrist bands must be collected before the start of move out.

Note: no pre-registration for wrist bands is required.

All labor must present their wrist bands upon entry into the exhibition hall. Under no circumstances will anyone be allowed in the expo hall without a wrist band and ID. All entrances to the hall will be manned by security staff 24 hours. More information can be found here.
