Your booth includes a complimentary furnishings package. Default package accessories will be provided.
• All apparel exhibitors will receive (3) 5' garment racks.
• All accessory and footwear exhibitors will receive (3) shelves.
• All apparel/accessory exhibitors will receive (2) 5' garment racks and (1) shelf.

If the accessory mix noted does not meet your exhibit needs, please reach out to your Informa Account Manager no later than July 17, 2023. Limited quantities MAY be available on-site for additional orders and accessory changes but may take up to 2 hours for delivery.

Onsite swaps for package accessories (racks or shelves) are subject to a $83.00 labor fee for each item.

Important Information:

• Package Substitutions- Not Permitted (Ex: cannot substitute a chair/table for another garment rack/shelving unit). No credit provided for any Opt-out items.
• Package Accessory Default - Packages are opt in ONLY. Defaults will not be applied. Any accessory changes on-site will be subject to a min. of one (1) hour labor charge at the applicable show site labor rate.
• Package Walls - Any special wall requests are subject to review and approval. Submit request to: MAGICConcierge@ges.com. Requests submitted after the discount deadline date will incur additional labor fees.
  
• Following items are not approved to hang on the walls, examples below:

  Any damage to the booth package items will be charged to the exhibitor for full replacement costs.
• Graphics/Signage- Absolutely NO wall paper is permitted on this show. Exhibitors may bring in their own graphics and request GES labor to install. oSignage must be free-standing and not attached to booth equipment. “Pop-up”, “retractable” and “blinking” signage is not permitted. Interior wall graphics in Upgraded Fabric (SEG) and Fabric Banners. VINYL BANNERS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
  
  • All external graphics require show approval.
    - Packages under 400 square feet = NO exterior booth graphics.
    - Packages OVER 400 square feet = YES exterior booth graphics, with Show Org approval
• ID Signs- Names for ID sign requests are only provided to GES from show management. GES will not accept any ID sign change requests directly from exhibitors. All ID sign name requests must be submitted to your show salesperson.
• Height Limit- Following items are not approved to extend above 8’ from the floor:

• Lights- Package does not include track lights. Exhibitor supplied lighting may not be attached to booth equipment. Freestanding lighting must be show management approved. Neon lighting is prohibited. Additional lights must be ordered through GES.
• Power- 5AMP Included per 100 sq. ft., Additional power maybe be purchased through GES. Please Note: Outlets are automatically placed at the back of the booth. If you require special placement for your outlet, please submit the Electrical Layout Submission request form HERE.
• Flooring- Package DOES NOT include carpet. All Carpet must be ordered and installed through the official show contractor only. No on-site orders. Carpet must be ordered by discount deadline date.
