What is Material Handling?

The unloading of your shipment, transporting it to your booth, storing and returning your empty crates and cartons and reloading your shipment at the close of the show (also called Drayage). This service is not included in the cost of your booth space. Avoid unexpected costs at show site and pre-order this service below. Shipping/Logistics costs are separate and are not included in Material Handling rates.

Material Handling:

All shipments that are considered material handling will need to adhere to your target date & time as listed on the floor plan. M/H applies when you have crated or non-crated material that requires a forklift or pallet jack for unload. Also included are shipments that are on commercial trucks/van lines that do not qualify for cartload service. Your driver will need to be check in no later than your target date/time and will be dispatched on a first come, first serve basis. If you requested and were approved for a target change, please make sure your driver has the confirmation letter/email with them for check-in.>

• Marshaling Yard Hours:
• Inbound- According to target posted online via Expresso. You may check in as early as 5am every day. Please make sure that your driver is checked in by 2pm to guarantee same day offload.
• Outbound- According to target. A floor plan listing your outbound target date/time will be posted at the service desk for reference.

Any Shipments from outside vendors will be subject to the Material Handling Rates billed directly to the exhibitor.
