Bill of Lading/Material Handling Form Information


    Outbound Bill of Ladings will be distributed with exhibitor order confirmations during the show only if the following apply:
  • Material Handling was incurred
  • Order Confirmation reflects a settled balance

If you did not receive a Bill of Lading/Material Handling form and require one, please contact your GES Service Executive or visit the GES Servicenter at the show.

GES will not accept any Bill of Ladings until the show is over, starting at 5:00 PM on Friday, February 8, 2019.

IMPORTANT:
  • A Bill of Lading/Material Handling form must be submitted to the GES Servicenter in order for the carrier to be dispatched from the marshaling yard to the facility to pick up the shipment from the hall.
  • A Bill of Lading/Material Handling form must never be left in the booth space nor on the freight that will be picked up by the carrier.
  • Any shipments not picked up by Friday, February 8th at 11:59 PM, will have their shipments removed from the show floor and transported to the GES warehouse. Surcharges will apply.
  • Only show perimeter security is offered. It is highly suggested to stay with the shipment until it is picked up by the carrier or hire security to watch over the shipment. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to secure property left on the show floor.
