For the attention of all exhibitor appointed contractors (EAC’s)

There are two steps to gaining access to the show floor.

Step 1. The Booth coordinator must register the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor by logging in to the secure IMEX portal here.

Step 2. Exhibit Builders must pre-register their labor prior to October 3rd.

It is crucial that you e-mail a list of all labor sorted by date, first name, last name and booth number (to indicate which booth they will be working on) in order to receive wrist bands. Please download and complete the form with all labor details and email the list to organising@imexexhibitions.com

If you are registering labor onsite the EAC supervisor will be responsible to provide a daily labor list in order to receive different color wrist bands for each day of move-in and move-out.

Individual workers will not be given wrist bands without a supervisor.

All labor must present their wrist bands upon entry into the exhibition hall. Under no circumstances will anyone be allowed in the expo hall without a wrist band. All entrances to the hall will be manned by security staff 24 hours.

During move-in and move-out your staff must carry a photo ID. On demand the wrist band plus the photo ID must be shown as identification to security personnel.
