  • In order to maintain a professional appearance on the exhibit floor, show management requires that all exhibiting companies have a professional floor covering in their booth space.

    Standard Booth Package:
    Booth Size: 10' x 10'
    8' High Backwall Drape Color: Black
    3' High Sidewalls Drape Color: Black
    Aisle Carpet is Color Pepper.

    All Hanging signs that are not attaching to truss must correctly labeled as a hanging signs and be shipped to the advanced warehouse by October 2nd, 2025.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 1400 to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
