Move-In Schedule

MOVE IN TIMELINE:
* Aisle carpet will be placed at 1800 on Saturday, October 11, 2025 in Halls A-E.
* All booths are required to be completely set by 2000 on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
* Final booth wipe down will take place from 0700–0900 on Monday, October 13, 2025.

Empty Crate Penalty
* Failure to have your materials labeled and ready for removal by the time listed in the Critical Planning Schedule will result in financial penalty. The penalty assessed will be as follows:
1-10 containers: $473.28 for every empty that is not labeled and ready for removal
11-20 containers: $660.96 for every empty that is not labeled and ready for removal
20 + containers: $797.64 for every empty that is not labeled and ready for removal
You will be advised by GES management with a 1 hour warning. After that, a work ticket will be generated and the billing will begin.


Move-Out Schedule

MOVE OUT TIMELINE:
* Aisle carpet will be rolled up starting at 1730 in all Halls on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
* Vehicles drivers should report to their booth spaces by 1630 in all Halls on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 to prepare for vehicle move out.
* All exhibitors may begin dismantle at 1700 in all Halls on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, but please note, 100% of empty crates will not be returned until 0400 on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
