In order for any Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to provide any services at this show, the EAC must use the link below to submit a valid certificate of insurance 30 days prior to show start. It should be prepared by an insurance agent and include the following data:

1. PRODUCER: Insurance Agent / Broker who issues certificate.
2. NAME OF INSURED: Must be the legal name of contracting party.
3. TYPES OF INSURANCE: Must include types required by contract.
4. FORM OF COVERAGE: Must be "occurrence" form of coverage.
5. DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS/LOCATIONS/VEHICLES/EXCLUSIONS ADDED BY ENDORSEMENT/SPECIAL PROVISIONS: Global Experience Specialists, LLC (Official Service Provider), Association of the United States Army (Show Management), Walter E. Washington Convention Center (Facility), and AUSA Annual Meeting & Exposition, A Professional Development Forum (Show) are hereby named as additional insured, except for Workers' Compensation. The insurance provided for the benefit of GES, shall be primary insurance as respects any claim, loss, or liability, arising out of the Named Insured's operations for which the Named Insured is liable. Any other insurance maintained by GES shall be excess and non-contributory. Show date(s) are: Monday, October 13, 2025 - Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at the city of Washington DC. Washington Convention and Sports Authority t/a Events DC (Venue), its Board of Directors, officers and employees, are hereby named as additional insured for the 2025 Events DC Right of Entry requirement.

7. POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE: Must be prior to or coincidental with the first day of Exhibitor Move-In.
8. POLICY EXPIRATION DATE: Must be on or after the last day of Exhibitor Move-Out.
9. LIMITS OF INSURANCE: Must be the same or greater than required by contract.
   • Commercial General Liability, including contractual liability, with limits of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate, $2,000,000 products & completed operations aggregate, $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury.
   • Fire Damage (any one fire) $300,000
   • Medical expense (any one person) $10,000
   • Automobile Liability with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 (covering owned, hired and non-owned vehicles for bodily injury and property damage), combined single limit - each accident. All owned, hired and non-owned boxes marked.
   • Workers Compensation, as required by law, with Employers Liability Limits of not less than $1,000,000 each accident, $1,000,000 disease - each employee and $1,000,000 disease - policy limit.
   • Umbrella/Excess Liability with a limit of not less than $5,000,000 each occurrence/aggregate.
