Cartload Service (Privately Owned Vehicles only)
GES can help you unload your passenger vehicle. Vehicles that qualify for cartload service include Car/SUV/Passenger Van/Small pick-up under 1 ton. Cargo vans, company trucks, & U-Hauls and Cartloads that exceed 600lbs will be charged at normal Material Handling rates (Order Cartload Service below).

All cartload customers MUST go to the GES marshaling yard to check in. There, you will receive a pass with directions on where to go to be unloaded. Please remember cars may not be left unattended. There must be two (2) people with the vehicle; one person to go with your product to the booth space and one person to remove your vehicle from the unloading area.

Hand Carry (Privately Owned Vehicle) 
If you are hand carrying items from your POV (you may NOT use any dollies or freight moving equipment), there will be a maximum 15 minutes to unload in the designated areas. Vehicles that need longer than that or that require assistance, please check in at the marshaling yard.

Pratt and Howard St. Entrance
Pratt and Charles St. Entrance
Sharp St. Entrance

Cartload/Hand Carry/ POV (Privately Owned Vehicle) UNLOADING DATES & TIMES:
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH - 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH - 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH - 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Make sure to check your Setup Date & Time to make sure your booth will be ready.
