Graphics and Signage

Ordering Graphics

Step 1:    Select a Graphic Option from the list below
Step 2:    Enter quantity, panel placement and special instructions
Step 3:    Upload graphic file based on guidelines below
Step 4:    Submit your request
Step 5:    Once your order is received, you will receive a proof via email. You must respond to the email with an Approval, otherwise GES will NOT produce the requested graphic.
Step 6:    The above must be all accomplished by the Discount Deadline Date of Wednesday, July 10, 2019.

Graphic Guidelines

Acceptable File Types:
Adobe Acrobat PDF
Adobe InDesign (.indd)
Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
Adobe Photoshop (.psd)		 Image Resolution:
All bitmaps must be 100-150 ppi
at final output size.		 Critical Colors:
All Pantone and critical color values
must be specified.

File Naming Convention:
Please make sure your File(s) are labeled with
the exhibiting company’s name, the show name,
booth number and panel location.		 Links & Fonts:
Links and font must be included with each
graphic and placed in separate folders.
Do not embed bitmap images.
To guarantee correct font reproduction please outline all fonts.

Images below are based on a 10’ x 10’ booth.
